Hosting Trouble

I've been having trouble posting blogs during the past couple of weeks. I believe the problem lies with my hosting company, . I sent an e-mail to support nearly a week ago, and though they say they respond within 24 hours, I heard nothing. So, last night I called them. The guy, nice enough guy who lives in India I imagine, said that it seemed fine on their end. He says there's no problems with my blog, but yet, I still can't post them. Blogger seems fine. So, I think I may, at least temporarily, switch my blog to blogspot. And since I've also had e-mail trouble with this hosting company, and I've been reading many other dissatisfied customers' complaints, I think I'm going to switch hosting companies. I need something a bit more reliable. And I need a company that actually responds to messages.
